I had to go though two interviews. One with the centre manager which i woukd be working at and then another local center manager. Then was called by the human resources department . The process was fairly easy. As long as you have personality and know the basic skills of customer service, you are all good

Gesprek op locatie met manager en regio manager, functie werd goed uitgelegd maar salaris is niet veel voor deze tijd. De vragen waren zelf makkelijk, ze wilde vooral weten of ik ervaring had en of ik van het bedrijf afwist. Of ik affiniteit had met systemen
