Entretien
Applied in mid-December and received an email in mid-January about an interview. The interview process was relatively easy -- all online, recorded via video and scheduled by me at my convenience. The questions were relatively challenging but generally in line with previous experiences. Talking to a computer instead of a person was easier in some ways but didn't allow to play off the interviewer's energy or ask questions of the company. Considering the company's awful customer and worker reviews I was mostly relieved to not receive an offer.

The interview itself went smoothly and professionally.
Questions were clear and relevant.
Cons
The company promised to follow up after the interview, but no communication was received.
Attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful, and my phone number appears to have been blocked.
Lack of follow-up leaves a negative impression despite a positive interview experience.
Overall
The interview process itself was fine, but the absence of proper follow-up makes it hard to recommend this company as an employer.
