It was 3 rounds with IQ and EQ screening and aptitude tests. First GR round. Second one to one with the reporting manager and again another HR round followed by various tests.

It was labor intensive - clunky online application system, few days for a phone screening, then a week for an interview, then a week for another interview, then a video conference with a VP. start to finish - 5 weeks.

Process took around 2 weeks, 1 phone interview to get to know if you are a fit and another video conference interview with Area Director. Interview was around 50 min and Area Director was very nice and friendly
