Interview was pretty chill and relaxed. Conducted at the Regus office with Center manager and the Area (Melbourne) Manager. Asked a few questions about previous work experience, how I dealt with customer complaints or difficult customers and what my career plans were. Was not required to do any analytical tests or what not.
