Entretien
Once you make it past the initial application review round, next up is the interview. They do things a little differently at RB. You don't speak to a person directly! You have an online interview that requires a webcam and consists of about 6 questions. There are essay questions and video response questions. The video response questions are questions that you have 30 seconds to prepare for and then your response is recorded to be viewed by your interviewee later; these questions take up 50% if not 60% of the interview questions. The interview can be taken at any time for your conscience but I gotta say it was a little weird talking to myself on my computer!

What top 3 locations would you sample at and why? (Essay question)
I completed the online application first, filling out forms etc. then got invited to a group interview in the head office. I then got a phone call a few weeks after
First I had to do a video interview where I answered questions and recorded myself, then a phone call and finally an in person interview. The in person interview was casual but they asked many questions and seemed to really want to get to know your personality.

Long interview process, but questions were not super hard. You start with a test, then you send in a video interview followed by two more interviews. They want to see if you fit the company culture and have the communication skills for the job.
