Imterview was fine but I will say they are the worst experience so far I've had after a formal interview or before one. Completely ignored every question / query I sent by email and fully ghosted, not even a generic rejection.

Entretien
In my experience with them was similar to dating scene back when I was a teen when you yet to have an experience where
a: They get you to jump through multiple hoops thru (eg, before you start the interviews, they want you to do technical test which some related and some not at all (I felt they turn existing work not solvable issues to a so-called test for the candidate), you can feel that when you meet them face to face as they don't even know the actual answers and knowledge which was a surprise to me.
b: Then they ghost you after each face to face interview, no email replies when you follow up with thank you.
c: No way to call back the HR and hiring manager cause for some reason they don't leave their phone number in the email signature.
d: Initial phone call received show up with "no caller ID"
e: After about 2.5 months+ of the patient journey, I finally got contacted and send an offer via email and since I don't feel comfortable working with them and the offer is not attractive and I just politely decline the offer.
f: Comparing my other options in parallel, I have accepted the offer with another company which was prompt and have been working since 2months+, however, I am curious and professionally continue the interview process)
g: I felt it is not worth the time and effort to go thru the interview process when I compared with other company interview process in my experience especially when I checked the company size thru linkedin vs other MCN hiring process.
f: My thought was....any candidate will felt and don't believe is it really that hard to line up all the interview and speed up the process? both employer and employee can always end the contract within a few weeks(shorter then the hiring duration) if any parties circumstances change.... the unnecessary steps was a "lost opportunity costs" for the employer, existing employee, potential employee and hurting the company bottom line.
h: hopefully, I am the unlucky one with rare for my experience in the past with them which I don't hold personal feeling since it is all about business and work.
