First I had a screening interview on the phone for about 30 min, right after it I have being scheduled for the next round in about a week in the branch for face-to-face interview with two managers. Very good xperience. All interviewers were very welcoming and polite, asked not to worry, interview was more like conversation.

Entretien
A short HR phone screen followed by an in-person interview with two branch managers. It involves behavioural questions and questions about specific experiences on the resume. There might be a role playing element in the in-person interview.

the interview is easy. 1st with HR, 2rd with a branch manager. Most questions are behaviour questions and experience related to customer services and sales. The interview is quite quick, just 15-20 minutes

The interview includes 2 rounds: 1st round with HR, 2nd round with branch manager. You need to have IFC certificate for the position, but actually they don'r use this one
