Basic questions about goals, previous work experience, how to deal with clients. A basic screening to see if you can sell their products.
Usually will mark down what you are saying and will make a decision before you leave the door. Not hard by any means but may throw in a question that requires you to think on your feet.

A short HR phone screen followed by an in-person interview with two branch managers. It involves behavioural questions and questions about specific experiences on the resume. There might be a role playing element in the in-person interview.

the interview is easy. 1st with HR, 2rd with a branch manager. Most questions are behaviour questions and experience related to customer services and sales. The interview is quite quick, just 15-20 minutes
