it was not a very good experience and sounded like a bit of an odd program to be involved in. poorly organized. not very professional process. was given offer from a 1-800 call centre in trinidad instead of an actual manager
Fairly easy interview process for a competitive program. They hire based on personality and character, rather than what you studied/previous experience. They're looking for people who are independent but also have a great team attitude. The holistic approach is good especially if you're a new grad and you're repeatedly told that "you don't have enough experience".

There were three stages in the interview process
1) We were asked to write an essay to our younger self giving advice about transitioning to the workplace
2) Web based behavioural interview which could be scheduled at your convenience.
3) Panel group interview with finalists for the position
