Second interview the second interview was about an hour with two VPs. One of the VPs was asking great questions and getting to know me better and my experience, the other VP did ask some questions as well, but there were probably 3 questions that were completely irrelevant. I did not have a good experience during the second interview. In some instances, the second VP kept asking the same questions in a different way. Questions 1) Tell me about yourself 2) What is the first thing you do when analyzing a client's financial statements? 3) How do you grow the desk? 4) are you comfortable doing cold calling? 5) why do you want to leave your current role? It looks like I was going to be working closely with the second VP, and for that reason, I declined the offer.
