I received an email from the Branch Manager with the Assistant Branch Manager cc'ed asking to interview me for the Client Advisor position. Turns out it was a panel interview with a services of role play questions.

1) Someone comes into the branch to open an account how would you handle this situation? Please present in role-play manner. 2) A student has come in and wants a credit card for student. How would you handle this situation and what sort of questions would you ask? 3) Tell us about the different types of credit card RBC has to offer its clients. 4) Someone has come into the branch to deposit a cheque, but you must put a hold on it. How would you handle in situation? Answer in role-play form. 5) How would you have someone who an existing account or credit card to upgrade to another offer available to them?

Entretien
A short HR phone screen followed by an in-person interview with two branch managers. It involves behavioural questions and questions about specific experiences on the resume. There might be a role playing element in the in-person interview.

the interview is easy. 1st with HR, 2rd with a branch manager. Most questions are behaviour questions and experience related to customer services and sales. The interview is quite quick, just 15-20 minutes

The interview includes 2 rounds: 1st round with HR, 2nd round with branch manager. You need to have IFC certificate for the position, but actually they don'r use this one
