Le processus a pris 6 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez RBC (Houston, TX) en mai 2009
Entretien
Process was long long long with no clear outcome (except no offer) and formal environment. Not sure what they were looking for but not really interested after meeting. They look for one type of candidate with no understanding of specific market experience and advantages of thinking outside the box. They say they want to be Tier 1 bank but i can not think how this will be possible given their existing and prospective resources.
J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez RBC (Londres, Angleterre) en avr. 2022
Entretien
Met some great people who I got along with naturally and that is the key reason I chose RBC. Most of the interviews were in person, the new London offices at 100 Bishopsgate are very impressive. Was challenged during the process and they are thorough in screening. The salary, bonus expectations, benefits and work life balance are very strong
