Made contact with an alumnus who is an Associate at RBC. He passed me along to HR for initial screening. Had a phone interview with an analyst before flying up to New York for a Super Day. Phone interview had some fit questions but also a few technical questions.

Explain each financial statement and how depreciation works in all the statements. Follow up: Why is depreciation added back in Statement of Cash Flows?

the process is normal, and it last for 30 min with HR, They won't be able to process it if you don't have a work permit in hands.

There were 2 rounds of interviews, one for the behaviour and one for technical. The 2 rounds are with different interviewers asking questions regarding specifically to resume and job description.
Asked about capital markets and specific instruments like derivatives, fixed income bonds, money markets, and my knowledge about front office Profit and loss experience. I was also asked about my interest in the role
