Entretien
Was contacted on Indeed advising me of open positions for home & auto agents, I followed the link to RBC website and applied within 2days was sent a few online assessments to complete (extremely long some easy some difficult). Within a day of completing the assessment someone emailed me to set up telephone interview which took 30/45 mins very nice, professional and friendly individual. I was told by end of week early next week I’d receive an update. Process took less than 2weeks only had 1 interview (telephone) and was offered the position never had to meet in person although I am already insurance licensed so that could be why.
I met with someone at one of the branches that sells life insurance. We talked about my past experience. We also looked at the products available and whether I’d be comfortable selling them.

2 stages, phone call and the main interview, was not a very difficult interview . Took about a week for the 2 stages to final interview. Behaviour questions mostly, then I was sent an offer at the third week
