Seems informal - mostly it's a test of character. Conversation with a branch manager and other employees. Questions were more so to see how personable you are and evaluate your character - how you can deal with clients and customers. How you would deal with an angry client - that sort of thing.

Good interview! Interesting , they text me and done a good job interview! Scheduled! Ils m’ont envoyé un mail pour me donner un RDV et puis faire un entretien de 30mn
normal behavioural question, but hr is so rude before they get all your information, other department is okay, normal behavioural question, normal behavioural question, normal behavioural question, pay is not good
