First I applied online and within two wekks, I got a mail for me to fill out an assessment online. I had to fill out the behaviourial assessment. Thereafter, I received another call for a phone interview, I knew it didn't go well because I was not preared for it.

The interview process typically includes an HR phone screening, followed by two rounds of in-person interviews.
then proceed to an assessment and background check, and the entire process usually takes about two weeks
I recently had a video interview with RBC. The interview lasted about 30–45 minutes. The interviewer was friendly, but the questions were designed to test both skills and behavioral thinking.

Also Behavioral Questions and Roleplay session need to be prepared and be patience to your customer.
