Competence based questions related to the organizational values, 3 stage process with the recruiter, line manager and then other managers. The process included a skills test. The recruiter kept me informed throughout the process.

Entretien
Went through 3 rounds of interviews to never hear back (never even got a rejection email). I followed up to ask if they had any additional information, including explicitly asking that in light of not hearing back I could assume that I was not the successful applicant… they did not respond. It has been over a year since this process but overall would have expected at least an automated rejection email.
Spoke to recruiter, moved on to second round however the role was changed prior to second round interviews. The recruiter call was video and approx 15 mins where general experience questions were asked.
