Entretien
1st round was a short screening interview with HR on the phone. 2nd/final round included two 45 minute skype sessions with senior members of the bank. Questions were the usual investment banking ones found in all interview prep books and a couple of brain teasers. Very important to have a story describing who you are as a person and why this makes you suited for a position in investment banking. Know what makes RBC different from the top tier investment banks (GS,MS)

Simple, more behavioral-based. Should definitely care more about your delivery when facing different kinds of directors. Important to perform your stock pitch and market trend ideas - they want to see you be in a place where you can sound creative.

Entretien
Was pretty straightforward. Connected with two analysts and then had a technical interview and then a modeling case study which was a FIG company in the asset management space which was challenging
