Telephone interview followed by physical interview. Applied online and then was called for a phone interview and passed that and was the called for a physical interview at their branch in Mississauga where I was interviewed by two Supervisors.

Entretien
Online aspect with test on listening and capturing information. It can take up to an hour and it's done though the link they send. Pretty standard with other insurance companies and sales roles. They had a phone interview afterward and the interviewer was very friendly.

Entretien
Interview process was smooth, a lot of personality quizzes and IQ tests. Phone interview was nice and easy... HR lady was super nice. Got a conditional offer within a few days

One assessment test was administered, followed by two rounds of in-person interviews. During these in-person interviews, the discussion will encompass your past experiences within the insurance industry. Additionally, expect questions that delve into behavioural thinking, aimed at gauging your problem-solving skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to handle various scenarios effectively.
