Interview is quiet easy:
1.online testing 4questions(python, sql)
2.techinical phone interview(30mins)
3.Data engineer Case Study(pyspark or pandas, give you couple tables, find the insights)
4.Final round1: personal Impact interview
5.Final round2: technical implact interview
6.Final round3: Parterner Interview
After you pass the interviews,there are some discussion with the qb team to learn the culture, teams and projects.

Brush up on python, and data engineering concepts. Use the resources provided to you, QB is a bit different prepare for more technical case studies and review your experience well.

Entretien
One of the recruiter messaged me from Linkedin for an opportunity in London but I'm based in SEA so he directs me to SEA office which is very convenient! The recruiter who handled me was very polite and professional. The entire process was fast and smooth. Response and feedback from recruiter and interviewer were really fast. It took about 3 weeks for overall stages I've been through.
First stage : The recruiter will introduce the company and their products. Then they will ask some general introduction questions about yourself.
Second stage: Technical test using HackerRank. Be sure to familiarise with HackerRank UI. The test is 2 hours where 3 SQL questions and 2 Python questions. Easy to intermediate level but I find 2 hours are still quite challenging.
Third stage: Live coding interview for 2 hours with one of the data engineer ( I think he is Head of Data Engineer in the region). It was my first time doing live coding but he made me feel comfortable, allow me ask questions and he interrupts me time to time but not bad at all. He started with introduction from both side. Then, 1 hour +- for live coding based on case study. The questions are not hard but it is nerve-wrecking to do live. He was willing to share feedback from how I did and what I can improve technically and my communication skills.
How they handle their recruiting process makes me comfortable and even though I didn't get the job. I'm satisfied with my achievement and how I was treated was very welcoming.
