The conversation with the recruiter seemed to go well. The next stage was supposed to be a Hackerrank coding challenge, so I spent time brushing up my skills and studying in preparation but never received the link/heard back from the recruiter/received a formal rejection if that was the case. Was essentially ghosted.

I was asked to complete two challenges, they give you 7 days. After I finished both, I waited for more than three weeks to get any feedback, although I asked twice. Please be so considerate and provide at least a negative response to candidates when they spend so much time completing your challenges.
