Spoke with a recruiter on the phone and was then invited to interview with the person who would be my direct supervisor. Questions were relevant to experience and the job. She made it very comfortable and was easy to talk with.

The zoom meeting with 2 employees and they are very nice and ask different questions. Mostly about your background in customer service and the qualities you have that will help in the customer service field
