J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez PwC (Boston, MA) en sept. 2013
Entretien
After discussing the position with some current employees, I applied online and through my College's career portal. I was contacted by an HR representative for a phone call. The first phone call was very informal and just generally personal. About a week later, I was contacted for a second phone call with a Risk Assurance director. Similarly, these questions were informal and not terribly related to the job. About a week later I was invited to the group office visit.
I visited the office with about 40-50 other students. I had 4, 45-minute interviews. All of my interviews I essentially led myself. The interviewer asked me questions for maybe 5-10 minutes and it was my job to ask questions and navigate the conversation for the remaining half an hour. Now that I work here, I realize this is specifically done to determine social skills and the ability to hold conversation (crucial for interacting with clients) I was never asked any case based questions nor anything analytically or honestly even challenging.
The day after the group office visit, I received a phone call from my interviewing partner who offered me a position.

Question 1
Tell me about how the United States financial regulatory climate has changed since the 2008 financial crisis?
It was an okay interview session, in which it lasted for an hour. Mostly panels will ask about yourself so that they can better understand you as a person. There were only two panels which consist of Senior Manager and a Manager.

Question 1
What is your experience and your technical competency.
I applied via the Pwc website and they emailed me to set up a meeting. The HR lady was very helpful and friendly. After she asked a little more about me they set up a meeting with partners and director. Best interview I've had.
