It was an assessment centre kicking of with a group work where we had to solve a logical puzzle simple via communication. Then a situational exercise handling stressful situations followed by an analysis and evaluating of a fictional companies balance sheet and check if everything is in order. The last part was a “one in one” interview with the three people who were in charge of the process.

The interview process consisted of two rounds. The first was a phone screening with HR to discuss my background and interest in the role. The second was an in-person panel interview with two managers who asked technical accounting questions, behavioral questions, and case-study style scenarios related to audit procedures.
