J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 1 semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez PwC (Williamsburg, VA) en oct. 2016
Entretien
The whole process was around an hour. I was greeted by their campus recruiter first. According to my experience and my other friends' reviews, the college recruiter was not particularly friendly. The interviewer was nicer but the interviewing process seemed not well-organized. It was basically resume explaining and nothing about skills or knowledge was mentioned. I don't understand how they evaluate candidates based on such an interview.

Question 1
Describe the experiences listed on your resume. What did you do for these companies?
Technical questions were not like other technical interviews. They give you answers as options to pick from instead of you coming up with and presenting your answer like you would normally

Strength based interview, approx. 30 mins. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, as were the entire Talent team. Walked through my CV, general "why us, why you, why this team" questions. Felt like they really wanted to get to know you and how you would fit into the culture.
Super straight forward, standard difficulty questions with a few requiring STAR structured responses. They also asked about my experiences both at uni and extracurricular. It was online for me and I had 2 interviewers.
