Assessments gedaan op meerdere kwaliteiten (inductief redeneren, cijfermatig redeneren, verbaal redeneren) door online invul testen. Deze testen lijken op IQ testen, gespecificeerd per onderdeel. Bij beter dan gemiddeld maken van assessments volgde een sollicitatiegesprek.
Hierin meer nadruk op persoonlijke en communicatieve kwaliteiten die bij een consultant horen zoals luistervermogen en vermogen om informatie te analyseren tijdens gesprekken.

Technical questions were not like other technical interviews. Gave answers as options to pick from.
Strength based interview, approx. 30 mins. The interviewers were friendly and approachable, as were the entire Talent team. Walked through my CV, general "why us, why you, why this team" questions. Felt like they really wanted to get to know you and how you would fit into the culture.
Super straight forward, standard difficulty questions with a few requiring STAR structured responses. They also asked about my experiences both at uni and extracurricular. It was online for me and I had 2 interviewers.
