I applied through college system and got an on-campus interview. Since I applied for the a Tech-Advisory position. There were a 30-min behavior interview and a 30-min case interview, back to back. Besides, there is a pre-interview dinner before the interview day.

Assessment Centre- was given a case study to complete in a group of six people about a online tutoring company. We were then split into time slots for our individual interviews.
First was a HR phone call. Mainly behavioural followed by a case study which was sent 24 hours prior to the presentation day where we had to present our findings to a panel

Everyone was very welcoming and the process was quite straightforward. I could even choose my location at the end. The interviews happened online and were conducted in German. I appreciate the quick feedback.
