My experience with the screening call was less than ideal. The HR person scheduled the call outside of the timeframe I had provided, without addressing this change, which was inconvenient. During the call, the conversation felt rushed and somewhat unprofessional. It also appeared that the HR representative lacked a clear understanding of the role or what they were looking for. Overall, the communication was inconsistent and did not leave a positive impression.
