I had a couple of rounds of interviews with them; they seem nice people and have a good culture, but a little confused about whether to move forward with a role that is not ideal, especially when you invest time and effort.

The interviewer was direct and very friendly. The salary shared was extremely low for management compared to industry standards and similar roles. Remote work is also no longer an option.

It was a fast process with straight forward questions. I had 3 interviews: 1st with HR asking about my background and introducing the role. 2nd with line manager to assess my skill & dive into my expertise. 3rd was a formality interview to assess my personal skills.

Team was very respectful and happy to answer on all the questions. The only clear questions were stated from their side, pleasant communication in general. There were some behavioral questions, but no complicated case study. In general, agreement negotiation and hiring process was fast.

Two Technical Interview + One Managerial Interview, First Technical interview was based on my technology, second was based on the project and role and responsibilities. Managerial round was based case studies and how to handle certain situations.

The interview process was straight forward phone screen and meeting with the director. The process took approximately 2 weeks. Phone screen with recruiter happened first followed by an informal interview with the director of the agency

Mostly just random stuff, questions and an overview of how the life of a strategist would look like. They let me know at the end of the interview that I will be tested in the following week.
