Formal, met with DOO and CM for discussion after proposed meeting time on 12/13/24, DOO initiated interview with questions, then CM also gave questions as well. Last part of the interview involved any questions I had about the position or company.

Once I applied I was interviewed by the talent recruiter for employment screening. I then received another call that I was selected to proceed to the next step which was an interview with the administrator. I was then offered the position.

The process was well guided by Pruitt representatives. The times were convenient and people involved were punctual. The interview was comfortable which allowed me to present myself and ideas without feeling nervous. I felt that I was able to answer questions completely.
