Three step process:
Step One: Forty minute phone interview with company recruiter.
Step Two: In person interview with administration approximately an hour.
Step Three: Company Video interview with Regional Nurse ans Regional Human Resources for the position I applied for.

Entretien
The interview was a relaxed with a comfortable laid back two-way conversation between the Administrator, Cindy and myself. Most of the interviewing process was discussing the ins and outs of the facility along with the annual survey with the plan of correction.
We discussed any open Nursing positions, along with what job titles and positions meet the needs of the Facility. I shared my background and my extensive work history along with Cindy sharing hers with me. We then proceeded to go on a tour of the Facility. I was able to interact and get a feel for the atmosphere and culture of Pruitt Healthcare while on my tour by stopping and enjoying conversation's with the Nursing Staff at the same time. It was actually a lovely interview.
