Applied online. Took assessment. Received email asking to schedule phone interview. Received phone interview from an air head recruiter. Received email asking for an in person interview. Went to in person interview with manager who understandably grilled me to make sure I wasn't lying about past experiences and to make sure I could perform the job. 3 days later I received a call with a verbal offer. Did all the background things and there it is. They don't do a drug test and after being on the job I understand why. You need to be on something to keep up with the workload.

Pretty routine process. They give practical test and also interview using the Star Method. Then prepare for an intensive background check. So be sure to be honest. Good luck! Also if you don’t make it through the first time, don’t get discouraged. They only hire 2% of applicants.
