There was a Pre recorded video interview with about 8-10 questions. You only get two tries to record your answer. The first attempt is within 30 seconds of reading the question. Then a zoom type interview with supervisors and recruiters.

Pretty routine process. They give practical test and also interview using the Star Method. Then prepare for an intensive background check. So be sure to be honest. Good luck! Also if you don’t make it through the first time, don’t get discouraged. They only hire 2% of applicants.

there was a pre screen personality test that felt very black mirror. then a self tape interview. and then an actual interview. seems like they were trying to churn through people without really evaluating anyone
