Went through 3 rounds of interviews (HR recruiter, hiring VP, team member). The HR recruiter expedited a final interview with the CSO right after my third interview for the following day, then the day before having the interview he cancelled it as they already extended out an offer to another candidate. The process should've been paused if they already had an offer out, instead of accelerating it.
