Began with initial screening with HR around basics; background, experience, education, intangibles. Discussed basics of the role, responsibility, structure, company culture. Each stage was thorough, the objectives were clear at each stage and it definitely helped to have done background research on the company, the competition how you can apply your talent, education, experience and intangibles to sell yourself.
