I got through many rounds of interviews with recruiters and staff. I completed a three hour interview as my last interview and never heard from the company again. The recruiter completely ghosted me. I would have appreciated a rejection over ghosting.

The interview was fine. I had an initial interview and then I had a panel interview. Afterwards they ghosted me for a while and then reached back out for another job. Once I showed interest they ghosted me again.
