smooth interview process, turn around time was pretty fast too. interviewed with the whole team during the panel interview. I liked that they gave feedback after the entire process, which was very helpful as a candidate.

I interviewed with the hiring manager, the Lead UX Designer for the developer tool in PlayStation. The interview had a mix of experience, technical and personal motivation questions. I thought I did well, but they took over 3 months to respond. The recruiter later came back to me nearly 4 months later and said that I didn't make it because of some small details. My answers were good, but maybe a bit longer and less concise than other candidates, giving the hiring manager time to ask me one more question. The recruiter said that the hiring manager was still impressed by me and if there were another position in the same department, they would still consider me to interview again. Even though the position opened again a few months later, and I contacted the same recruiter. Even though the recruiter shared my profile to the hiring manager again, this time they said that I wouldn't even move to an interview. I am now convinced to give a "nice" feedback, and generic enough, even if I have invested my time in interviewing there. I have since seen the same position close and open every month, so I am convinced that Sony is only having vacancies to show that they are "hiring" even though they are actually not hiring.
