The interview was behavior based. They asked open-ended questions about previous experiences as well as situational questions. All of the interviewers were kind and interested in what I had to say. Once we got through the list of questions, they let me ask questions and take the conversation wherever I wanted it to go.

Application through my university’s career portal. I heard back about an interview when they closed the deadline for the resume drop, and I interviewed on campus. Very straightforward 30 min behavioral interview. I interviewed today, so I won’t hear back for a couple of weeks. I believe there is a second round of interviews (on the phone with the plant manager if you make the cut). Will update once I hear back.
