J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Pfizer en sept. 2020
Entretien
First step of the process was an online interview with two heads of analytical chemistry teams. The interview was very relaxed and pleasant, questions ranged in difficulty, allowing to show your knowledge but with no significant pressure. I got an invitation for the next step, which was an assessment centre, but refused since I got another offer in the meantime.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Questions were very general questions about analytical chemistry techniques, such as NMR, mass spectrometry and gas chromatography. Interviewers informed me that it is an entry level position so they did not expect me to answer all questions correctly but they rather tried to assess how deep my knowledge is for now. It was more of a discussion than a Q&A and the interviewers guided me towards the correct answers if I got stuck.
Technical heavy questions, be prepared to know a lot about various technologies that you use..
Had 2 interviewers and questions was quite tough for a fresh grad without much experience.

Entretien
Lengthy process wherein I met with several individuals and small panels who asked essentially the exact same set of questions. There was a tour, a lunch - these parts were good, the rest could have been 1 panel and done.
