They were very communicative while organizing the interviews, sharing positive feedback throughout the process, but ghosted after the final round - followed-up multiple times with no response to express continued interest. Informal interview process for the role as I was moving from within the company. The role prior was very formal with multiple field interviews and full day at headquarters with interviewing and testing. I am certain that this role going forward will have similar expectations, especially for any outside hire looking to join the company.
