I applied online, no more than a week later I received a phone call to schedule an interview. The first interview was with the salon manager and I'm guessing the cashier manager. They seemed friendly, but almost were not as organized as I would have imagined them to be, that interview lasted no more than 15 minutes. I suppose I didn't succeed the first time, because I called a lot, and eventually they told me the position had been filled. A side note: they are not the best with phone calls. They say so and so will call you, but most likely you won't be receiving a phone call and you will have to call the next day. That aside, maybe a month and a half later I received another call, to my surprise, to schedule another interview. This time I was interviewed by the hiring manager. He was very friendly, down to earth, and had his business together and organized. They really want to get the point across that this job is not for everyone and it is hot, wet, and sometimes poopy. Anyways I was done in a little over 10 minutes. I called a week later. So and so was busy, will call back later in the day, never got that phone call. I called the next day and they said they were having issues with their computers and to call the next day. So I call the next day and they tell me they have the drug test paper for me. Now, I am waiting for the results. I am guessing I got the job once the drug test is passed, so hooray.

canceled my interview same day, after making a huge deal about when it would be. they called me 20 minutes before I was supposed to be there to tell me nevermind.
