It was easy and pretty simple. Asked questions about your experience and stuff like that. They asked question about customer service as well. I do think it was a very nice relaxing interview.

Quick interview process. One 15 minute phone interview with a recruiter. Once you pass the phone interview, you'll be asked to set up a video interview with a PetSmart Supervisor.

The application process was simple and heard back within 2 weeks. I got an email from the HR lady of the corporate office to schedule a phone interview. It was simple to schedule but unfortunately was completely ghosted. They never even bothered to answer my email willing to reschedule. One can only imagine how they treat their employees!
