I had my interview in the dog-training area, which is a glass enclosed (hockey rink style) structure at the back of the location. It was quite informal, we sat on fold out chairs and the entire interview lasted around 5 minutes. Other employees and customers were walking about and could hear the interview.

What is an example of conflict at work and how did you handle it
Well short, lots of questions about yourself and experience. Manager knew what question to ask with the supervisor got hired on the spot and started training the next few days.

Reached out to me, had a phone screening, accepted me on the spot. It was pretty easy, the interviewer was very kind. Easy to talk to and was excited to find someone who was passionate about animals.

A very normal interview process, I was asked basic questions about my strengths/weaknesses, a time where I showed great customer service, made sure I was ok with picking up after animals, etc
