I had two interviews. One was over the phone and the second was a skype panel interview. Afterwards, I was told I would hear back by tomorrow or the next day... THREE WEEKS later, I got an email that I hadn't been chosen. Not sour about not getting the role, just incredibly disappointed in the lack of transparency and consistency across the hiring managers. Interviewers deserve more out of this company.
