I applied online and they called me to set up and interview about a week later. I don't even remember the woman's name that interviewed me but she was terrible about it. The entire time the interview was happening she was having a conversation with another employee that had nothing to do with Petsmart. Very unprofessional, you can tell she wasn't prepared and just didn't care.

very easy questions, got called back next day, they asked me if i was comfortable with getting dirty and constantly picking up poop, asked if i was scared of any breeds
Easy and relaxed, not hard questions for me. A lot of basic animal questions about the behaviors. Asked me basic questions on work and school life. They wanted to see my overall goals. They discussed the role and possible room to grow.
Very quick & easy, asked about comfort levels with situations regarding cats & dogs, asked about previous animal and retail experiences, Discussed pay & availability. Very easy going & casual interview process
