I applied online and received a call back within a few days. Met with one of the managers in the training ring and was asked very basic interview questions, along with what kind of animals I had previously owned. Afterwards I was made to hold a corn snake and a leopard gecko to show I was capable of handling the animals I would be caring for.

very simple, one on one interview. asks basic questions! felt like talking to a friend instead of having a tense interview. got to know my manager in the process which was nice.

I applied online and had an interview with the assistant store leader. I was supposed to have another interview with the store leader but they called me with the job offer before that. The interview happened in the dog training room.
Pretty standard interview that you can expect from an hourly paying job. You may interview with as many as 2 managers depending on the job, and the interviews length is pretty standard.
