I applied online, and was emailed by their system less than five minutes after hitting submit on the application saying how I had passed their personality test and that someone would be in contact if my qualifications met their requirements. This was on a Thursday. I was debating calling them and saying, "Hey, I finished my application and got told I passed the personality test, what's next?" But then I revived a call about a week after that to schedule an interview. The woman who called me wasn't "friendly" per say, but she also wasn't rude. Very matter of fact. My interview was with, who I assumed was a manger of some sort. The woman who had called me was also in the room, sitting in to gain interviewing skills. Overall, it was laid back and the interviewer was very easy going and fairly easy to talk to. I was asked about my availability, and the interviewer did mention that the salary as a cashier is $9.25. He said "Would that be okay?" Or something along that line and of course I said yes. He also asked if there was another a job I'd be interested in there, and I said yes, I'd like to do animal care, which is where the worker fills up the food bowls and water bowls for the pets in store, etc. I was told they'd review the applications and see who they wanted to call back in for a 2nd interview. Fingers crossed. 😊
