J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez PetSmart (Dublin, OH) en mai 2014

Easy relaxed interview. One on one with the department manager then brought in less than a week later to interview with store manager. Department manager told me on the spot during first interview that she wanted to hire me because of veterinary hospital experience. I was also interviewing for vet assistant job and she said they would work around it as long as they had me 4 days a week. You get drug tested after you are hired. Interview is mostly conversational.

Question 1
What prior experience do you have working with animals?
The interviewer, the assistant store manager at the time, was very nice and kind. She created a very relaxed atmosphere during the interview, which I appreciated, especially since interviews can make me very anxious.

Easy and laid back. Don’t sweat it, just answer with a bit of common sense. Everything was quick once I had been called for an interview. However, my application had been sitting for months before I received a call. Fairly normal for this industry.
You call on the phone to express your interest and they will interview you pretty quickly after that. You come in and usually the manager or assistant manager asks you basic animal care questions and your experience with customer service. Overall pretty easy interview process
