Initial phone screen with recruiter is scheduled for 30 minutes but takes closer to 20. If you proceed forward, the interview is in person and is scheduled to be four, 30 minute interviews with various Senior Managers. This may come off as intimidating but if you go in confident and knowledgeable, it should be a breeze.

They want to know about your previous experience, how it aligns with the job description listed and what you can bring to the table. Standard questions regarding how do you work under pressure/conflicting priorities, and a time you bettered or improved a system. (use the STAR method).

Entretien
2 interview rounds. 1st round was interview with hiring manager and 2nd round was panel interview with other hiring managers at PetSmart. All interviews were virtual. Panel interview lasted 1.5 hours and the 1st interview last 0.5 hours.
