Unprofessional hiring process.
I met company hr director in Italy (Milan).
She didn't read my resume before the meeting so she started asking questions without any sense.
The main issue is that after the interview she decided to call my employer for references without warning me.
You can immagine the situation when my boss asked me: I know that you're looking for a new job? why? etc.
I immediatly called the hr manager to ask for clarification and she told me that this is their hiring process (I have doubts about this).

Nothing too difficult, mostly experience related questions. More about getting to know you more in person and what you have achieved so far. Face to face interview with Associate Director
Upfront and friendly. Accommodating and explain expectation very well. Not judgemental or bias. Selection process was also efficient and fast. On time interview and no delays. Explain job challenges and difficulties as well.

Entretien
Fist interview with hr manager on phone, second interview with hr director on video call. Third interview with hospitality manager on video call. The whole process takes about one week for all the interviews.
